A Story
About a Teen aged Boy
Michael
Murphy is seventeen years old. He and his
family
live in Spokane. They live
at 803
E. Sharp.
Michael has two brothers and a sister. Michael is the oldest
child in
the family. His sister, Mary, is the
youngest in the family. She is only four years old. Michael’s two
brothers are
Joe and John. Joe is twelve years old, and John is fourteen years old.
Michael
goes to North Central
High School. He is a senior,
and
next year he wants to go to college. John also goes to North Central,
but he is
only in his freshmen year. Both Michael and John play football for the
North
Central football teams. Joe goes to Glover
Middle School. Next year he
will go
to North Central. Joe doesn't like football, so he doesn’t play
football. Mary
is too young to go to school
Michael’s father is forty years old
and he works for the U.S. Post Office. He delivers mail five days a
week. Michael’s mother is a
housewife, and she is
very busy every day cooking and cleaning and taking care of everybody
in the
family.
The house the family lives in is old
but very big and comfortable. There are five bedrooms in the house and
two
bathrooms. There is a large living room and a very nice kitchen. The
family
usually eats together in the kitchen. In the evenings they often watch
TV in
the living room
