"Soul Food" was distributed to family and friends from October to December of 2007. It ws recorded during the summer.

"Soul Food" is the first digital recording I have ever made, so in the process of learning new digital technologies coupled with the complexities of recording there is a lot of room for improvement. Most of the songs are considered "Rough Mixes" and will be re-mixed later, and some whole songs will be re-arranged and then re-recorded. Some are a complete do-over(but the concept is there).
